Amos Yadlin
Amos Yadlin is widely respected as a strategist and thinker on international relations and national security who until 2021 headed Israel’s Institute for National Security Studies, among the world’s leading think-tanks in that field. He serves on the Advisory Council of the London-based International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS). He is a retired Israel Defence Forces (IDF) Major-General, with wide experience in Air Force operations and command, and served as Head of the IDF Military Intelligence Directorate (Aman). He was educated at Israel’s Ben Gurion University, and Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government, and served as Israel’s military attaché to the United States between 2004 and 2006.
